About Viva Mobilia

Craftsmanship on wheels.

A love for hospitality, fine craftsmanship and well-organised events.

Handcrafted in our Amsterdam workshop
The story

We build what we'd want to rent ourselves.

Viva Mobilia started with a simple idea: a foodstand should look just as carefully made as the celebration that grows around it. No mass-produced plastic, no flat-pack from a box, no stall you'd recognise from twenty other events. Just real wood. Real craftsmanship. Something that feels right. Our signature wooden foodstand is the showstopper of every event. We build it ourselves, in our workshop at Veemarkt in Amsterdam. In small batches, with honest materials, and with the attention you need when you're making something that should still look as beautiful in five years as on day one. A stand, to us, isn't a bar. It's a mobile hospitality spot that's set up in under an hour, looks stylish, and gives your guests somewhere to walk towards.

In action

One stand, endlessly versatile.

The same handcrafted construction becomes — within an hour — the base for a beer tap, a charcuterie setup, a burger bar, a champagne station or a themed Orange World Cup edition. The setup changes — the look stays unmistakably Viva Mobilia.

The part no one thinks about: a foodstand also has to leave. That's why we designed our stands to be foldable. In a van, through a doorway, up a lift to a rooftop terrace — no scenario is too tricky.
